Composed of sunflower, palm and rapeseed oils with carnauba wax and sunflower lecithin, this universal pan release agent is specifically formulated with added tocopherol for higher oxidation stability, making it perfect for all high temperature applications. It has high viscosity and can withstand up to 240oC.
